Hello, I’m Juliet, an amateur historian and freelance battlefield guide.​​ Untold War Stories is my journal of visits to battlefields, relics and memorials of the two great conflicts that shaped the 20th Century.​  It’s a record of unexpected finds and unremembered contributions to the efforts of the belligerents. At its heart, it’s my desire to keep history alive by showcasing the contribution of nations, peoples and individuals whose efforts have, in some cases been missed altogether, while in others, simply relegated to a minor role.  I hope that by doing so, everyone’s history will become more adequately represented.
